Some Questions?

These people need your help!!!

If you have any answers or suggestions, post them on the forum.

"Yes, I do have some questions. How can I know what speed a document or page is downloading while surfing the internet or opening up an email?
Thank you.

"I have a laptop 486SLC, which I guess is really a SX 33Mhz. It has the empty larger math coprocessor socket right next to the CPU chip. The math coprocessor socket is a PLCC 68. The "generic" manual that comes with the computer says it recommends a 80387SX math coprocessor chip. Why doesn't it suggest a 80487? What would be the reasoning behind this? Also, how critical is the clock speed? I've found 20Mhz and 40Mhz, but am unsure if I should buy.

Jeff"

"I have an old 486 computer with a 14" SVGA monitor. It has a 16 bit sound card and a 28.8 modem. I would like to upgrade to a Pentium. Maybe a 133 or 166. Is that possible? Any suggestions?
