Intro

Hey, thanks for all the email!!
I read all your thoughts, concerns, complaints, accolades, ideas and suggestions on just about every section of my WebSite and NewsLetter. This tells me one thing, you read it! That makes it worthwhile!

I do receive negative feedback. Some comments are meant to be nothing more than a slap in the face, because that person isn't capable of anything more intelligent! However, some of the negative comments and criticism are presented in a constructive manner. This is appreciated. You can learn a lot more from constructive criticism than you can from a pat on the back.

(Although, a pat on the back can go a long way towards softening the sting of a slap in the face!)

Some of the positive feedback I get feels real good. I plan on printing some of the comments throughout my website. If for some reason you would rather I didn't print your comment, please let me know and I'll remove it.

By the way, congratulations to Allan and Cam for passing their A+ exams!! And good luck to Kelly, Donnie, Mannu and Alfred. Let me know how you do.

I'm still receiving some technical questions and troubleshooting problems in my email, but not nearly as many as before. Thank you! Please post this type of question in the forum. I always promise myself that I won't answer them, then I think, "Well, maybe a quick note". Almost 75% of the time it results in more email like, "That worked! I'm also having trouble with my sound card...", or "That didn't do the trick. What should I try now?". There's lots of people out there that can answer your questions. Post it in the forum!

Speaking of the Forum...
Yes, I will open up a classifieds forum, a certification forum and a beginner's forum. I promise to do it in April! I just find it a little amusing that most the people asking for these forum changes aren't even registered for posting.

I also receive hundreds of suggestions as to sites I can put on my Links page. Keep it up, these are valuable resources that I will share with everyone. Some of the sites, for reasons I will not go into, will not appear on my pages. Some sites are very good and will be added when I can get the time to do a proper summary and upload the new page. Others may be awhile coming, as it takes a long time to review a site and I don't like to base an opinion on a page or two.

So a large portion of this NewsLetter is dedicated to the feedback I receive. We'll look at some of the excellent information and suggestions that subscribers have submitted to me in the last month or so.
